Color information

We pay extreme care to provide images of color close to actual color of items as much as possible when taking pictures and editing. However, color may slightly differ depending on your monitor setting and computer environment. For any questions regarding color, material and item, please feel free to contact us. Layaway plans

We are sorry but we do not offer any layaway plans due to the system of shopping cart and inventory control.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We offer three payment options including credit card, cash on delivery and PayPal. For international shipping, customers may choose from two payment options, credit card and PayPal.
NOTE: Payment with a credit card is only PC. I can not use it with a cellular phone.

Is it safe to shop online using a credit card?

What about the exchange rates?

For international shipping, the exchange rates are applied by your credit card company when you pay by credit card. Your credit card will be billed in US dollars and your credit card company will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate. For more information, please contact your credit card company. Under any circumstances, we will not take any responsibility about the exchange rates.

When will the credit card company take money from my account?

At the time of order completion online, the billed amount is "approved" by your credit card company. Basically, we will charge your credit card once the order is boxed and ready to go. Under normal circumstances, you will be billed within one to two days after placing your order.

How much will it be in my home currency?

When will I receive my order?

If you live in Japan, your order will arrive within three to four days after placing your order. For customers with international orders, shipping timeline varies depending on the destination. The estimated delivery time will be approximately one week.

Please note that there might be some delay in shipping due to a rush of orders during a sale.

Can I request a delivery date?

We are sorry but we do not take a request on a delivery date. If recipients are out at the time of delivery, you may contact the information specified on a delivery note to arrange redelivery of your package.

Where is my order? Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. You may view the status of your order. All of the items purchased through our website are shipped with tracking numbers. If you wish to track your order, please contact us via our online contact form on the Contact page.

Can you ship additional orders or multiple orders together?

Due to the order processing reasons, we cannot accept additional orders after completion of an order. Also, please note that multiple orders may not be shipped together.

Can you gift-wrap my order?

We are sorry but we do not offer special wrapping service to your order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes due to our website policy.

Can I return a product I received?

Yes. We accept returned items for all regular priced items that have NOT been worn and washed, and must have all tags still attached to the products, including product tags and inspection tags. You may return your purchase within 7 days after the date of the original delivery.

● We do NOT accept returned items purchased at a sales price.
● We do NOT accept returned items due to personal reasons such as unfavorable look or appearance without any physical damage.
● Please note that actual color may slightly differ from pictures appeared on a computer screen.
● We do NOT accept returned items if you do not request within one week after the date of the original delivery.
● We do NOT accept returned items if the items have been used or worn.
● We do NOT accept returned items if the items were damaged or tainted by a customer.

If all of these above conditions are not satisfied, we do not accept returns. In that case, items will be re-deliver to you.

Can I exchange a product I received?

We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size as long as the item is in stock. We are unable to offer an exchange for a different color or product. However, exchanges are only valid for items that have NOT been worn and washed, and must have all tags still attached to the products, including product tags and inspection tags, as well as purchased at regular prices. You may exchange for a different size within 7 days after the date of the original delivery.

When do I get an refund?

Upon receipt of returned items, we will check if an item meets all of the requirements for returns. If you ordered by credit card, we will issue a refund to your credit card used to place your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your returned item. Regarding the refund process, please check your credit card statement issued by your credit card company. It will usually show on your statement in either next month or the month after depending on a billing cycle.
